I liked many things: Able to schedule an appointment without difficulty. Arrived a bit early and my car was taken in for the oil change without issue. I waited in a lovely space and having forgotten my thermos, there was a refrigerator filled with water bottles from which I was allowed to drink. I was very grateful for that. The service was completed quickly, efficiently and competently. The staff with whom I interacted were professional and hard working.
